Primary Process
Bare optical fibers are cleaned, tested for imperfections, and color-coded using UV-curable ink for easy identification. Online tension monitoring ensures zero fiber stress.
Protection Layer
Fibers receive tight or loose buffering with UV-curable acrylate or PVC/LSZH materials. Diameter consistency maintained within ±0.05mm tolerance.
Core Assembly
Buffered fibers are stranded around FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) strength members in SZ stranding process. Water-blocking tapes and ripcords are applied.
Outer Protection
Outer sheathing applied with HDPE/LSZH/Armored materials depending on application. Steel tape or wire armoring for rodent protection and direct burial.
Final Verification
100% OTDR testing for attenuation, visual inspection for physical defects, and environmental testing samples. Only products passing all tests are approved for dispatch.
